He holds a MSc in DevelopmentvEconomics from Japan in 2008.

As an inspiring and key figure of the Zillennium Group, Sokhal was appointed as Chairman of VTrust Appraisal in July 2020 and again as Chairman of SHG Finance in December 2020. Prior to joining the Zillennium Group, Sokhal has honed his skills and experience in the Cambodian banking and finance sector over a 22 year period where he is recognised as an inspirational leader in his field; creating much value for various financial organisations as a member of the executive leadership team.

Sokhal has taken on many other responsibilities within the Zillennium Group that includes Advisory roles on the Board of Zillion United and Z1 Financial.
