INFORMATION REQUIREMENT INPUT

The following points are the major and most recurrent entries that would be asked of you. However, in some particular cases, there will be more information required. For instance, for condominiums we will need the floor number and the name of the property; for farm land, you may be asked the type of fruits are harvested… User shall be responsible for information input into Indication Plus Web Platform, and submit to request Indication Plus Report as below information

Property Information

The very top of the entry form pertain to the Property Information, namely : the Record Type, the Property Type, the Current Use and the Purpose of this entry

Property Address

For the address, our software will recognize your location on the map, all you have to do is pin-point the location of your property

Land Information

In cases where “land” applies, you will be asked to enter various information such as the size, the shape and more

Building Information

If this applies, you will need to enter information relative to the building on the land. Again sizes are important, but the number of floors is also required…

Property Photo

To complete your report and to make sure we are on the right property, pictures of the property are required, actually the front of the building and the a snapshot of the inside are mandatory. These two images will be displayed on the final report
